34/52 - The Wounded Warrior

Gracie is such a huntress! Always on the alert for critters, even chasing hummingbirds and (today) wasps. Sometimes her zeal to chase overcomes her good sense. She chased a chipmunk under rocks and scraped a rather large chunk of skin off her cheek and a bit under her chin as well. Some may recall that several months ago she also scratched her eyeball presumably by sticking her nose where it doesn't belong.

 

I hope the hair grows back on this, but I fear it might not. She may now be known as Scarface.
