1730 Farmhouse Uitschoolhoeve Oevel

The abbey worked closely with the tenants of the more than 100 farms it leased out. The abbey built the farms, was responsible for repairs and provided good seed. The horses and cattle were probably jointly owned by the abbey and the tenant.
