Showers and Laundry
GMC offers up to 20 showers and five loads of laundry a day on a first come, first serve basis. They provide all the basics: soap, shampoo, towels, razors, and a laundry basket, etc.
Case Management
GMC case managers help guests determine what their needs are and identify the best steps for fulfilling those needs. They assist with benefits applications, referrals, housing applications, and counseling. Case managers are available in our center Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Computers, Phone, and Mail
Guests are allowed to use the computers and phone in our center and may use GMC’s mailing address to receive mail. We believe in helping people stay connected to the world, whether it’s with family and friends, case workers, the doctor, or the news.
Coffee and Sandwiches
Though GMC is not a meal program, they strive to have coffee and sandwiches available for guests.
Medical Care
GMC has two psychiatrists and a general practitioner who come to GMC weekly. They perform basic health assessments, write prescriptions, and give referrals.Joe
