A Cottage in Oz

This is my 2nd block for Paula, for the Bee (A Little Bit) Japanese quilting bee. She wanted 2-12 inch blocks for a wonky town.

 

I call this one a cottage in Oz because of the cute little Wizard of Oz characters walking down the road. After I took a picture of it today, I thought, well, duh, why didn't I make it a yellow brick road. Oh well.
