Refurbished Northern 156428 slows for the Wigan Wallgate stop with the 15.31 Southport - Stalybridge service.
I was here to phot two class 769 Bi-modes that crossed within five minutes but this turned out to be the best shot a few minutes later.
* I have had reliable gen Northern are standing down all 8 of the class but they are still in service this week as I type this.
** This turned out to be totally unreliable Gen as some days all services are in the hands of 769’s!
