Superbloom at the Carrizo Plain

I think the yellow flowers are Goldfields and Fiddlenecks, and the purple are phacelia. Lots of flowers, but only the northeast corner of the valley was absolutely carpeted with flowers. I wish I knew if this was the begninng of the bloom, or the middle or the end.
