I is for Indian.
During the 2nd World War my Dad was in the RAF and was stationed in India. While he was there he had a small wooden chest carved for him by a local craftsman. This is a detail of the carving on the front of the chest. His initials are carved on the inside. It was one of my Dad's treasured possessions and is part of my childhood. It was where he kept various papers. I even found some of my old school reports in it after he died.
