"I see. Abraham, let's shift gears for a bit. You're talking a lot about your family members, but not yourself. I want to focus on you, solve your issues. A helpful tool for recovering from traumatic experiences is to recount them, talk about them, embrace them. Take it step by step, how did the assignment start?"
"Al-alright. I think I can do that. Basically, it started as just gathering info. We were there every night. Listened in on info. We knew we couldn't risk wires, so we relayed information after we left. We just blended in. Two more miserable fucks looking to spend their money on booze and girls they can't have. The crowd was pretty diverse, so we didn't get a second look from anybody. You had your bikers; your gang members; mobsters; business men; and the man of the hour, the Clown Prince of Crime himself, the Joker. His presence... so powerful and scary... He could explode any fucking moment, and you didn't know when. And the laugh... I can here it in the back of my head. That is one thing that will never leave me. It's like nothing you've ever heard before."
"I can only imagine. How did you integrate yourselves into his gang?"
"After hanging out there for a while, we finally got in with the right people, who knew other people, who finally got us in with Croc."
"Croc?"
"Killer Croc, Waylon Jones. He was Joker's number one. Joker accepted him when most people shun him for his condition. Croc felt safe. Croc was terrifying. We had individual interviews with him. Let me tell you how that went..."
