16-The road going off to the right is a new road that can be used to by-pass Subic Town and goes thru the former fishponds next to the Santa Monica subdivision. I’m standing near the Matain No 2 Bridge and see this four vehicle Philippine Army convey passing by with disaster relief goods and they are going north.
