05-The down river railing of the Matain River bridge sticks out above the water only a few inches, one got to look close! If you look closer yet, at least I see that the water level is considerable lower, downstream of the bridge. That only means one thing, this river should have been dredged a long time ago!!!!!!! Note: It was low tide at this time and there was no strong winds from the south or SW and it was this bad anyhow!.
