This is for a project I'm doing for the Albion River Inn, www.albionriverinn.com along the Mendocino Coast in California. Their chef has culinary classes several times a year, and is preparing a cookbook that will include the recipes of the dishes he teaches. I have the great pleasure of taking the photos for this little book as well as promotion for his classes. This photo shows his presentation of mussles fresh out of the ocean.
