Three cornered leek flower.

I was told that this was three cornered garlic. It is better known as Three Cornered Leek.

"All parts of the plant, from the bulb to the flowers, are edible fresh (for example in pestos) or cooked, with "a subtle flavour like leek or spring onion"

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allium_triquetrum

It is also a highly invasive plant and in some countries it is forbidden to plant it in the wild.

Growing in some waste ground the the road and the construction site.

Better viewed large and thank you for your favourites. :O)
