PROJECT 365, Day 55: 3/19/11 -- Nearby Moon
We were headed south in the early morning to attend a balloon rally in Belen watching the moon. They newscast the previous night had said the moon was closer to the earth than it had been in several hundred years (or some such--anyway, a really long time but I didn't write it down). This picture was taken from a moving vehicle on southbound Interstate 25 as we passed downtown Albuquerque.
