USAID Higher Education Solutions Network Technical Convening 2014

The Higher Education Solutions Network (HESN) is a partnership between the U.S. Global Development Lab and seven universities to create a rich network of HESN Development Labs.

HESN’s Technical Convening (TechCon) 2014 is a convening of researchers and students, entrepreneurs and innovators, field practitioners, and private sector professionals focused on creative approaches to solution ideation, testing, and scaling for international development. TechCon 2014 showcased the innovations emerging from the eight HESN Development Labs and the broader development and higher education communities focused on innovations for social good. TechCon 2014 brought together these multisectoral stakeholders to energize science and technology solutions for development.
