Steelwing: You! This is your fault!
Soundwave grabs Steelwing and quickly flips him into the air and transforms. As the Decepticon's body rapidly shifts and folds, Steelwing lands atop Soundwave's vehicular form. The communicator wastes no time and drives off in retreat.
Steelwing: Where are you taking me? Those are missiles! Missiles headed towards my home! My money bin! My workshop! My life!
Soundwave sees the drones alter course toward him but the missiles soon find their mark. Steelwing's workshop burst into flame!
Steelwing: No!
Soundwave leaves no time for Steelwing to mourn as he motors away from the flaming wreckage and tries to outrun the jets. The drones open fire with a burst of lasers from their nose-guns, peppering the landscape around the speedy Decepticon. Soundwave drives in a zig-zag pattern in an effort to avoid the blasts erupting all around him. The horror of the moment forced Steelwing from despair and focuses him on survival. He points to the west.
Steelwing: Over there! There'll be cover over that way!
Soundwave alters course as the jets fast approach. The Decepticon accelerates towards a maze of silos, pulling free of the random explosions erupting around his original trajectory. The drones shift their course as well but their speed is too great and they overshoot the Decepticon ground vehicle, giving Soundwave a few precious moments to duck between the silos. He is now only visible if the planes were directly above him, now hidden between the tall containers. Soundwave slowed down to explore the immediate area.
Soundwave: How did you know of this place?
Steelwing looked upwards, fully alert to incoming danger. He answered Soundwave but dared not take his optics off the sky.
Steelwing: I come here all the time. It's where I steal my energon from.
Soundwave froze with dread.
Soundwave: These are energon silos?
Steelwing: Well yes, they are... oh...
Steelwing lost his voice as he came to the same obvious mental conclusion that had immediately occurred to Soundwave. Soundwave instantly accelerated, just in time for the drones soar directly above him. The drones looped around and began tailing the Decepticon.
Soundwave: Which way is out?
Steelwing: You weren't supposed to run, you were supposed to hide!
Soundwave: Which way is out?!?
Steelwing: That way! That way!
