Around the side of the sake brewery Takeuchi Shuzojo.

 

Handmade sake, very local. The daiginjo and others can be purchased from the chill cabinet in the front room. I rattled my way around Hofu with small bottles in my bag before drinking to the health of the sake deities in the evening. Very tasty.
