As Parents We forget to look at Our Children as human beings just like as children We often neglect to look at Our Parents as men & or women. Your daughter doesn’t so much hate You as she hates Your response/reaction within a particular circumstance. Anger is the Secondary Emotion; the mask that Hurt the Primary Emotion wears when its ashamed to show it’s face. An Angered Spirit is a Tortured Spirit. What’s heard is “I’m Mad at You” when what’s said is “I’m in Pain”. The Best people can make the Worst mistakes & the Worst Results can stem from the Best Intentions; without the ability to Forgive, We limit Our ability to Love. If You Love Someone, “Let them Know”; if You can’t stand them “Let it Go”. it takes much more energy to hold grudges then to just live Free. Harboring resentment gives the same entity that caused You grief, Power over Your Mind, Body, Soul & Spirit; God is the Only One worthy of that privilege.
