My dentist appt. for Wed. was postponed, which freed me up to come down to the shore house for a few days and hopefully get out to chase a few birds around with my camera.
Unfortunately the weather hasn't been that great. We haven't seen the sun since Oct. 1st! It's not raining much, but it's grey, grey, grey!
Since the light wasn't that great yesterday, I decided to go to the Cape May County Zoo instead of hitting the nature trails, since I hadn't been there all summer.
It was a nice day......very quiet....just the way I like it!
Since my last visit they've acquired some new Red Kangaroos. Here, their keeper is working with them to get them used to being touched.
The kangaroo on the ground has learned to lay on her back and present her belly for a "pouch check".
