our first adventure
So far it's been an absolutely wonderful first trip to the shore with Pearl.
We've spent the last two mornings sitting on a bench on the boardwalk overlooking the dog park (it was a total zoo inside the park and dogs were going crazy....not the environment I wanted to take my 6 month old crazy puppy into!)
She was in heaven just sitting next to me and getting random attention from people passing by....and it was good practice for her to learn not to be too excitable and jump up when meeting somebody new. She caught on pretty quickly.
Today we walked around to a farmers market/craft show, and again she behaved herself admirably. I was very proud of her.
I think this is going to be the first of very many happy summers together down at the beach!
