Cart Gap sculpture

More from our last walk of the summer holidays - my youngest son wanted one more walk at the beach before going back to college.

This is a family favourite walk. From the car park at Happisburgh atop the cliffs, along the beach to the ramp for the Cart Gap lifeboat station and then back to the car park along the cliff top. (Sometimes we wander on to Eccles or even Sea Palling first depending on just how much we as a family have to discuss!)

It's not the prettiest beach even in Norfolk, but given the authorities decision not to fight coastal erosion, the sights are ever-changing.

And it's not only the scenery - bits appear to have been added and taken away from this impromptu creation every time we go past. It may be all the work of one individual but I like to think it's crowd-sourced.
