There's a prosecutor in Ohio wants to try and execute the little rodent, Punxsutawney Phil, not necessarily in that order. He didn't see his shadow this year, meaning spring should have come early, but it has not, so Phil has been "indicted," charged with "misrepresentation of spring." True story!
