Identification of unclear points, missing links, open questions, over- or underestimations
The middle part of the triptych template was designated to the identification of unclear points, missing links, open questions, over- or underestimations. We used the clouds for open questions. These are usually questions that will be attended to at a later stage not necessarily during the workshop. By writing them down they will not be forgotten!
We use the metaphor of mountains for challenges such as in this case:missing links or over- or underestimations. We also like to encourage the participants to take a pen and write down their thoughts. If participants are intimidated by the picture their sometimes prefer to first write on post-its as you can see in this photo. We find it helpful to use a color code with the post-its. In case one falls down you know where it belongs to. This is especially helpful if you travel with your templates;-)
