Spicy Vegetable Rolls

Really tasty, a bit of mither to make. The Coconut milk pancakes were tricky as they stuck to the griddle. The rest is easy. The mixture would be nice as a veggi pie filling too.

I saw a video on U Tube how to make these.

The lady peels and chops with a machete. She cooks on an open fire. That is skill. I toned the spices down a bit.

Oil to cook

Onion

Cabbage

Peas

Carrots

Leek

Potato (cooked)

Cumin

Salt

Chilli

Pepper

Garlic

Curry Powder

Tumeric

Curry Leaves

Plain flour mixed with Coconut Milk and salt to make a pancake batter.

Flour, water and salt batter

Breadcrumbs mixed with Sesame seeds

Oil for deep frying
