Microcosm of our global village

I tried to represent the collaboration that exists in our day-to-day life

in our projects at office.

Though it seems too routine for us to come and work with our counterparts

sitting miles apart in different places across the world and would hardly make us realize that we co-ordinate and move ahead in this virtual world of computer science sometimes battling to meet most critical solutions.

This picture is a simple illustration of my project KPN.

IBM India depicted as a land of spirituality, an abode for elephants , a place to find snake charmers

where cricket is truly loved in its all forms and symbolized by the Taj .

IBM NL , our colleagues across the seas represented as a land of Windmills , Tulips , clogs , ships and KLM.

A place where in for Christmas along with Santa Claus ( Sinter Klass ) we have a Zwarte Piet .

And our client KPN , a telecom gaint shown with a 5 Euro Calling card .

Through our services and hospitality to our business partners to whom we deliver collaborating day-in and day-out we form a one global village where we learn a lot from our diverse backgrounds to form one family,

aptly said as " Vasudaika kutumbum"
