Jump Rope Dress

I used a lightweight seersucker for the dress (it's still summer in the South) and a coordinating poplin for the collar/placket/sleeve tabs/pocket binding. I wanted the "hard" work to show up! I really like the great directions--which makes each step really easy.

Done
