manage contacts

It would be beneficial to manage your contacts in order to quickly find someone you're looking for, or maybe contact everyone you've put into one list. I imagine that with a manage contact button you could easily group people in the same way you group your bulk content. It would use the same UI as the bulk content manager, except with people as opposed to messages.
