elastic skirt, top

Fashion fabric is print, lining is blue. The lining has been sewn to the fashion fabric, right sides together at the top of the skirt...see photo below. Then a casing was sewn for the elastic and the elastic threaded through. To secure the elastic, I sewed another stitching line along the length of the middle of the elastic.
