Ikan IDMX1500 fire damage

Aftermath of IDMX 1500 PCB melting; went up in flames instantaneously.

 

Ikan did NOT place a shield between the ribbon cables and the PCB on these units, severely increasing the risk of a short. Equally concerning is that Ikan did NOT equip these units with a fuse.

 

In short, Chinese junk that isn't even close to U.L. listed. Garbage.
