1964 Aston-Martin DB5 1799/R - Goldfinger Replica - Dezer Collection
A Goldfinger/Thunderball replica; chassis number given by the museum is DB5/1799/R.
This car does not have any relation to an official Bond film, but was used in the 1983 made-for-TV film Return of the Man from U.N.C.L.E., with George Lazenby at the wheel (in a rather embarrassing, low-budget Las Vegas car chase).
The Goldfinger gadgets were added afterwards, and are not seen in the 1983 U.N.C.L.E. reunion film.
The car is easily identified by its large chrome "GB" lettering on the rear decklid.
