Muppets Kermit the frog, Sam the Eagle and Rowlf the dog were all voiced and performed by Jim Henson.The Swedish Chef was a collaborative effort between Henson and Frank Oz, who manipulated the hands and apparently did offbeat, unscripted things like juggling meat cleavers just to keep Henson off guard.
