On the Golden Gate Bridge, spiritual and faith Leaders call for:
PERMANENT CEASEFIRE NOW

"Children and Families Demand:
PERMANENT CEASEFIRE NOW!"
This morning hundreds of people representing many diverse faiths and spiritual traditions came together on the Golden Gate Bridge to demand a Permanent Ceasefire Now for Gaza. Jewish, Muslim, Indigenous, Christian, Buddhist, Catholic and Hindu spiritual leaders linked arms on both ends of the bridge and met in the middle. Behind them, hundreds carried banners and families with young children pushed strollers while dozens of cars with Palestinian flags drove back and forth across the bridge.
From Baptist Pastor Allison Tanner: "We want to send a very loud message to the politicians and the people in power both in the United States and internationally, that people of faith are watching what's happening, people of faith are outraged by what's happening, and people of faith are demanding a ceasefire now."
