At 7:30am, Native Women with Idle No More SF Bay lead the march up Montgomery Street, singing the Woman's Warrior Song.
Groups with long banners and wooden oil derricks have just blocked off all intersections feeding into these long 2 blocks of the San Francisco Financial District. Other groups pushing carts full of paints and brushes, are converging along this route to begin the massive project of envisioning solutions to the climate crisis through giant interconnected street murals.
