Lego Micro-Grabber
This tiny Lego "micro-grabber" uses only 12 parts to attach onto a Lego Mindstorms EV3 Medium Motor. The small, geared pincers are 24014 "Technic, Arm with Gear 8 Tooth and 1.5L Axle" ( www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=24014#T=C... ) that turn when the black Worm Gear rotates. The micro-grabber at the top shows optional, black 45590 "Technic, Axle Connector Double Flexible (Rubber)" pieces ( www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=45590#T=C ) to keep things from slipping. To make the pincers longer, one could add Technic Axle Connectors ( www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=6538c#T=C ) to hold Technic Axles. Or, one could add some bent #3-#6 Technic Connectors on the ends of the pincers.
