Alinda Martin Team wins Prudential First Quarter Award
Prudential Gary Greene's Friendswood office has a winning group in the Alinda Martin Team, a family of agents who recently received the second place sales professional award for closing the most residential units in Texas for the first quarter of 2010 from Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc.
Having lived in the area for 30 years, Martin and family have developed a notable reputation for being dependable agents who not only help people buy and sell their homes but also provide a great experience.
"I like the idea that I am making people happy, that I'm helping them pick a good place to live, which is a major decision in life," Martin said.
Martin started the business herself and joined Prudential Gary Greene in 1992, but it soon became a family business when son John Martin, III, husband John Martin Jr. and son-in-law Neal Green joined the Friendswood office. Martin said the three men concentrate on working with potential buyers, handling property calls and connecting with past customers, while licensed assistant Pam Baker handles the listings and transactions, posting available homes online and fact-checking all information to ensure closings happen on time.
Martin said her team concentrates on making each client's experience a memorable situation and that about 75 to 80 percent of the team's customers come from referrals.
Linda Sheinall, office manager of Prudential Gary Greeneâs Friendswood office, said Martin and her team provide clients with an excellent quality of service time after time.
