A sepia shot of the crossing signal at "Mill", where WSOR/WisDOT ownership ends and CN/WC ownership begins. The cover says "Griswold Signal Co.", but this is probably not actually a Griswold-produced signal, according to "AndyWSOR" on the 3um...
