Changing times

An empty UP coal train from the Oak Creek Power Plant heads through Des Plaines, Illinois on its way back to the Wyoming Powder River Basin. As the leaves change colors, so do our power sources. Oak Creek Power Plant is scheduled to close in the next couple years.
