Fidelity Servicecenter Card

I received this when I had my Sony TC-160 tape deck repaired at Fidelity Stereo-TV Servicenter, when you were notified by card when your unit was in the shop and ready to be picked up (and you still had an electronics repair shop in your neighborhood). The drive system was overhauled and a belt replaced.
