Lloyds Building

This is from Open House London 2013. This is the Lloyds Building, I waited in the queue for this building for about 1 hour and then even had to wait in a queue to exit!

It was designed by Richard Rogers and built between 1978 and 1986. It is an example of Bowelism architecture - where all the services such as lifts and ducts are on the outside of the building to maximise the space inside. It was declared a Grade I listed building in 2011 - the youngest structure ever to have this grading.
