Pseudo Watercolor

For this picture, I added some contrast and some color balance. Then used find edges and changed the layer to color instead of normal. The picture turned out kind out dark so I went back and added more contrast making the black lines come out.

 

Positive: I like the light colors.

Negative: I wish it showed some more detail of the buildings.
