#EIUFamily, meet this week's #ResidentofEIU, Ryan Moore from Lawrenceville, Illinois! Ryan is studying Sociology and wants to have a career teaching in higher education and do research on diversity and privilege.
"Living on campus has opened many opportunities for me and helped me to create some great relationships. I have been able to be a part of some spectacular organizations so far on campus and I have made my best friends thanks to living on campus and if I didn’t live here I would never have had the chance to meet them." His favorite memory from living on campus is working with his hall council, #ThomasHall, at ROCfest.
Ryan is involved with his hall council and Cloud Appreciation Club Vice. He is president for both clubs. Through his involvement with these clubs, they have opened many doors for him and allowed him to meet many different people.
