Josh Thor
Hello #EIUFamily, meet Josh Thor, this week’s #ResidentofEIU! He is a transfer student from Rockford, Illinois and is majoring in business management. He hopes to open his own business someday. By living on campus, Josh states he feels move involved and a part of a community. His favorite memory on campus was going to see Ke$ha at our spring concert in 2016!
Josh has great advice for #FuturePanthers which to get involved as much as you can on campus. “There's so much to do, but you have to be proactive. You'll make a lot of friends and have a lot of fun.” Josh has found being involved very impactful to his college experience, he was able to meet new people and get know different kinds of people who come different types of lives. Josh is involved with the praise team at the Christian Campus House and is a member of the EIU entrepreneurship club.
Josh choose #EIU because he liked the sense of community offered on campus and the faculty have always been helpful to him. Because of that, it made the choice much easier for him to make to come live at EIU!
Congratulations, Josh Thor, on being recognized for this week’s ROE! We hope you enjoy your time at EIU. Have a great Spring Break!
