Ethan Osborne

Meet this week’s #ResidentOfEIU, Ethan Osborne!

Ethan is from Newton, Illinois and is majoring in History Education.

Ethan is a Junior who will be working as a Resident Assistant at Lawson Hall. He is also Student Senator, where he serves as the Internal Affairs Committee Chair. He is part of the Apportionment Board, Habitat for Humanity, the Student Shadow Program and the Association of Honors. Prior he also held the positions of Floor Representative and Secretary for Thomas Hall’s Hall Council.

When asked about his experience living on campus, Ethan says: “It was during the first months that I found some of the most impactful and lasting friendships in my life, just because I lived on campus.”

“Embrace the new opportunities life at a University gives you and become involved! There are so many organizations and people on campus that can leave a lasting impact on your life both in and out of school.“ is the advice he would give future Panthers.

Ethan, it makes us really happy to have such a great Panther amongst us. Your love and passion for EIU shows in every single one of your actions, and the way you talk about our school. It is people like you that make us the great institution we are, thank you!
