A MINOR RANT : Another three hours wasted today after hares that are beginning to seem like mythical beasts. I only got attacked by dogs twice though which is fewer times than normal, there's only so many times I can let it go and I'm afraid I lost my temper, especially as they also let their dog do a shit right in front of me and didn't clear it up. I said I know damn well why you walk your dogs as it's getting dark, so you don't have to pick it up, along with some other choice phrases. This was why I stopped going to this place in the first place, honestly the next time someone says to me ' they won't hurt you ' I'm gonna drop my trousers and show them the scars on my thigh I got in the same place a few years back when the owner said the same thing; not a sight they're gonna forget ! I LIKE dogs but I have the right to walk somewhere without them sprinting at me barking and clawing at me, although I'm obviously a big macho bloke there are times when it's actually quite scary. AND another thing, why do people think it's acceptable to traipse through a farmers field damaging the crops and disturbing everything, is it just me that thinks that's wrong ?!?!? PHEW, at least I've not seen anybody deliberately targeting the hares although I did see the bloke who threatened to punch me and who said, and I quote ' I'll come back and kill every f#cking animal in these fields, even the f#cking horses '. It should always go without saying but don't move to Loughborough......
