Proper Chips

We went out for lunch today to the "oldest pub in England" or so the legend on the wall reads. However this is irrelevant when compared to the fact that they served proper chips. I had them with meat and potato pie, mushy peas and gravy. Yum yum yum, just the thing for a very cold wintery day.
