Watching judging of the perishable baking competition ...

at the Sydney Easter Show 2007. There are many categories, competition is furious and the judges are tough. I didn't get a photo, but very early in the day, the first couple of rows are filled with homemade "Reserved" signs. Some would pass for being pretty official, except that they are all different. Now, these are people you DON'T want to mess with.
