For 1962, styling revisions featured a V-shaped twin grille.
Catalina base model; 120 inch wheelbase, small hubcaps 2 and 4 door Sedan, 2 door and 4 door Hardtop, Convertible and Safari Wagon Ventura trim became an add-on package for the Convertible and Sport Coupe Catalinas
Star Chief mid spec, 123 inch wheelbase, full-length body rub moldings and three slanting stars on the rear fins; 4 door Sedan and 4 door Hardtop.
Bonneville top spec; 123 inch wheelbase, chrome side spear moldings with ribbed bands in the concave portion, elongated V-shaped rear fender medallions, ribbed trim moldings on the deck lid latch panel; 2 and 4 door Hardtop or Convertible.
Engines; 215hp to 385hp 389 V8, 320, 385 or 405hp Super Duty 421 cu in V8
