All of this is out of sight, so it doesn't bother me terribly that it's a bit messy. The wire organizer is from ikea, and I got it second hand for even cheaper. It's great for holding everything up. There's a hook for the headphones, I mounted a 10 port usb hub, and my usb sound card is on a hook from home depot.
