Cyborg Warfare
A couple things to mention about this one…
The face decal is by Roaglaan. If you haven't purchased any of his decals, you are really missing out. The designs are excellent and the finished product looks great if you use the correct application techniques (fixative, softener, sealer, etc).
The Cyborg arm is meant to look a bit battered and also has a full range of motion due to the use of a minifig shoulder joint in the build.
