Proposed Service 10 Changes (19375)

As part of proposals to revamp the Bluebird network again, service 10 will be split into two routes - one an express City Connect service to Inverness using the Panthers on a more limited stop route, the other a express route to the new housing estate of Kingfisher at Inverurie.

At the moment the only local 10 service is this Huntly bound offpeak run unusually using a Aberdeen Enviro400 instead of the usual Insch Trident (presumably the Enviro is at Insch as Olympian 16111 is still defective).

The 10 route will also change so that the bus no longer uses Forresterhill Road (where is it is seen here exiting) and avoids the ARI Bus Port and instead uses the old entrance to the hospital currently only served by the low frequency First 4 service. Presumably the aim is to speed up the service by providing a more direct route.

Note that 19375 has had a repaint and finally lost its route branded for the old 107 (Aberdeen - Montrose) service years after the service was replaced.
