This is Sculpture 32 by the artist Doctor Wayne Z Hudson who comes from Burnie, in northern Tasmania. He has entitled this sculpture: 'Snowflake'.

So the sculpture 'Snowflake' is located at Marks Park on the headland to the immediate south of Bondi Beach, in Sydney.

 

Doctor Wayne Z Hudson (from Tasmania) says: "Snowflake is depicted from childhood summer memories where the beach was covered with coloured umbrellas. Families formally selected their space to be able to enjoy the sun and watch over their children running riot on the beach and in the water."
